At Sustainability Impact Parters, we drive meaningful change through human rights, sustainability and socio-economic development. Since 2009, we have designed immersive stakeholder enagement programs that empower youth, strengthen communities and foster leadership.

Aligned with international law and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), our work bridges policy and practice. From global partnerships with stakeholders as diverse as the United Nations and the University of Oxford to grassroot initiatives in Africa and globally, we connect diverse stakeholders to create lasting impact. We believe in action, not just dialogue. 

YOUTH RISE PROGRAMME

The Renewal, Innovation, Sustainability and Empowerment (RISE) programme for Youth educates and empowers young people to contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Our practical organisational exposure enhances youth leadership and fosters responsibility. It mentors young people into innovative and purposeful leaders while widening their career perspectives.

CHILD LEADERSHIP APPLICATION PROGRAMME

Our LEAP or Leadership Application programme is for 10 to 13 year olds.

In partnership with organizations like the United Nations, we provide children with practical leadership opportunities that immerse them in local, regional, and international relations. Through our programme, children gain essential skills in communication, decision-making, and problem-solving, preparing them for future leadership roles.

SCHOOLS CAREER PLANNING

We offer students tailored support in exploring a wide range of career options and identify suitable universities locally and internationally.

CORPORATE NEXT-GEN PROGRAMME

Our corporate and other partners empower the next generation through short internship and mentorship projects.

Students gain insights into industry practices and participate in professional environments. By engaging in this programme, schools and students benefit from enhanced career readiness and valuable industry connections, making it a mutually beneficial initiative for all involved.

It was such a pleasure to donate books to start a library at Thabisile Primary School in Soweto and other underprivileged schools.

Over the years, our programmes have been supported by world leaders Like Mrs Robinson (Ireland); Mrs Kirsten Sandburg of the Commission on the Rights of the Child, the late Mr Kofi Annan and other notable figures.

Youth Leadership Workshops

University of Cape Town

We regularly host leadership workshops at universities, including the University of Cape Town. At these workshops youth are empowered to lead at university, in their communities and prepare to lead in the workplace.

The impact of our work was celebrated in London

Our programme was invited to meet Mr Ban Ki Moon, the former UN Secretary General at a celebration on the rights of the child, thereby confirming that we are moving in the right direction.

2025 CAREERS SUMMIT
We are excited to announce the up-coming 2025 INTER-SCHOOLS CAREERS SUMMIT. This event is designed to provide high schools with valuable insights into a wide range of career paths. We will have career professioals, interactive workshops, panel discussions, networking opportunities, career exploration sessions and more. The final date is being confirmed amongst the various schools that will attend.
UNIVERSITY OF OXFORD, LEGAL EAGLE PROGRAMME
23-29 JUNE 2025
This programme is aimed at 16 to 18 year olds from all over the world interested in the study and practice of Law. They will learn the principles of leadership for a post-Covid 21st Century world. The 2024 cohort will stay at and attend lectures at the University of Oxford. The programme will include a tour of the university and the historic city of Oxford. Participants also spend a day gaining experience in an international law firm in the City of London.
